Default scooby ecu,

after the 28 holes, have been desoldered, does the 28 pin dil adaptor need soldering onto the board or does it just slot in once the solder has been taken out?

I have done a few ;0

Maplin, farnell, rs all sell the sockets.

avoid turned pin ones, they make it very hard to install the board.
