Can I fit a UK ECU into a Jap spec?
Hoping someone can put my mind at rest,I have a UK00 AE801 ecu which I want to fit into a JDM MY99.
Will this work?
I know that two wires need to be swapped,but I wanted to know if the immoboliser will cut in and stop the car from starting.
Will a the Jap ecu work in the UK car (once the cam/crank sensor wires are swapped)?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
