Question NF Octane booster

Just wandering if you would notice any difference using NF Race formula OB (up to 6 RON ) on top of Optimax in a Standard UK Turbo with full decat??
Will the ECU advance the ignition with out a reset?
Worth buying? Anyone else use it?

Cheers

Si

Not worth it on a UK unless you have a different ECU. The claims of 6 RON are very optimistic IMHO.

NF does raise the octane number so it gives you a better grade of fuel in basic terms. The real gains are to be had from mapping your car to a particular fuel, usually Optimax plus a set amount of N.F. This allows yor engine to run more advance and hence more power and torque.
