ordered plugs.....which oils best?..syth/fully?..what thickness?

want to change fuel filter?..where is it?
also want to change g/box/diff etc all for good quality stuff..any thoughts?

anything else i should do?

have you got an owners book look in there it tells you which oil to use, all i know of the top me head having only just got my scoob,

is that the oil is semi-synthetic
