Green plug is gone as in cut off or as in can't find it. Assuming it hasn't been cut off it'll be there somewhere - look harder !!

If there is also a relay in the engine bay clicking the car is doing a diagnostics check. Check to see if the 2 plugs beside the diagnostics port are touching each other.

Sounds like engine coolant temperature sensor. Are the black plugs there, or are they cut off too...?!

Question

Does the car start? Or is it very difficult to start?

As above, sounds like coolant temp sensor, around £30 for a replacement.

black are still there i think

It seems to have sent the car into "limp home mode"

not boosting, or running like it should

Connect the blacks then, turn on the ignition, and see what the error code is. My money's on 21...
