I have recently bought a MY99 WRX STI 5, and have a couple of questions:

1. Is there a light on the dashboard to tell me that the headlights are on, if so, where is it? I have the blue main beam light, but no side or headlights.

2. Having had the CEL come on, I have just got back from subaru main dealer, where they diagnosed a fault with the speed de-limiter, and so removed it for me. Does anyone know where I can get another one?

1) No. The fact that the dash is illuminated will tell you that the sidelights are on, and the fact that the road is lit up in front of you will tell you that the headlights are on.
