What do you mean by "go on"? It will physically fit, sure, but it would be unrealistic to think you'll be able to just bolt it on in place of the TD04 and have it perform properly.
You'll need some form of boost control device/aftermarket ECU or other measure to get the fuelling and performance both within safe limits and performance optimised.
