I'm still testing mine, so don't rely on my reply! It's currently on 9, my boost is circa 18psi, I haven't hit cut yet, and I'm watching the boost gauge and knocklink like a hawk...

A few questions to try and help you diagnose the problem...
1. Have you cut the correct wire into the ECU?
2. Have you wired the FCD to the correct wires?
3. What method have you used to connect these wires together?
4. Have you run power/earth wires through the A/C grommet into the engine bay and connected directly to the battery?
5. Have you used a fuse?
6. What number is the FCD set to?
7. Do you have a boost gauge? What is your boost currently set to?
