Whats the spec on the STI9 and spec C engines?

Got the chance of a spec c bottom end just now. Are these all closed deck? What is the maximum rpm they will rev too?
Any info would be grate.

From: 32 cylinders and many cats

Semi closed deck. Rev to c.8000 RPM.

You say bottom end.... you also need STi heads to rev to 8000 RPM.
