Hello people, I am sitting with a question. I am buying an MY00 STi (classic shape) jap-spec.

Does it come with Silicon intercooler piping or not??

I have seen on the MRT site that they say that the STi`s come with the silicon pipes standard, but they dont say which versions and I havent got the car near me to check (havent got it yet)
I am busy importing some parts and I would like to know if I must order a set of silicon hoses for it

Any advice appreciated !!

 

I think the STI5/6 came with red silicon hoses (may only be turbo to I/C though)

I'm sure someone who knows for sure will correct me

 

I hope someone knows as I am sitting with an order that i need to send through and I really dont want to buy something (expenasive!!)hat i dont need!
