Classic STi Induction pipe diameter

Does anyone know the diameter for said pipe for classic STi's of 280 ps and plus.
Reason being, i was trying to source a MAF for my MY97 WRX the 280ps model, and it appears to have a larger diameter pipe (90mm)than most other standard WRX's (80mm).
And a bonus, would be any STi MAF part numbers for larger pipe for future reference. ie 22680 AA271.
