Cant remove rear lights

Have undone all 5 nuts and light is stuck fast.
is it just stuck with the sealant?
what is best way to remove?

Any suggestions appreciated

Use a hairdryer or paintstripper, beware that you don't melt them !!!!
When removing the units, watch out for the sticky black thing, it sticks on everything !!!
