Just replaced an existing gauge pod with an OEM centre glove box but it doen't spring open. Is this normal or are the springs on mine buggered?

The springs are just there to keep it open once it's open

Okay so it doesn't spring open but once you push it up it stays there. Is that right?

Thumbs up

Yep, that's right.

Just as a matter of interest, what sort of gauge pod is it and are you thinking of selling it? Also what MY is the car?

Would you have any ideas/links to where I might pick one up. Thinking of putting in the 3 hole pod and gauges and finding it difficult to match the interior of the car.
Any help would be appreciated.
