Hi all,

Thinkng of taking off air con as I hardly ever used it last year and my car is ****e enough on fuel economy so I am thinking of taking it off the car, I can always put it back on at a lter date.

How heavy is the complete air-con system (95 WRX)

Are there any things to watch out for when removing ?

Cheers

why dont turn it off so it doesnt affect the fuel consumption
(the weight your removing is such a small % of the total weight that that isnt a factor.

I have a FMIC and the air con rad is positioned between that and my radiator, just think it might also get in the way of cooling.

Anyone know how heavy the complete system is ?

Cheers
