hi guys,
I have an STi V5 with Full 3" Decat, and a Forge VTA Dumpvalve, just wondering what extra bits/bobs might be required before the car is remapped to tek3 by BRD ?

I know samco hoses are recommended on uk turbo's, is this the same for STi's?

Is it a good idea to get the uprated oil and/or fuel pump's (due to them being a bit dodgy on STi's)?

(Gauges wise I have a knocklink, boost gauge and afr)..

cheers,
simon.

STi already has better hoses.

Fuel pump would be a good idea.

VTA will overfuel on lifting off, you might be better with a recirc. Suggest discuss with Bob.

Yup fuel pump but if you do then reg as well ... pumps are normally ok on these though, also the VTA can cause jerk/shudder in a maf based system, recirc, as JB says, is the better option.

simon.

P.S. i know what you mean about VTA jerkiness - I still have the original Recirc in the garage if thats good enough..
