Blitz DTT XT Turbo Timer question

hiya,
i have just fitted a Blitz DTT XT Turbo Timer to a friends wrx,,,very nice bit of kit,,,,but most of the instructions are on japanese.
if you have one can you please help me out here
1,what does the switch on the back do (a+b) ?
2,can i change the boost reading from kpa to bar or psi ?
3,how do you set up the boost warning level ?
