any chance of plain english, you are getting this viewed, but no one is going to answer if we dont know what you are on about.
Do you mean the "track rod ends" on the ends of the steering rack assembly?
If yes, well undo the locknut first, then undo the locking nut to the suspension arm, and then either use correct "splitting tool" to remove the "track rod end", or give the hub a sharp whack with a hammer to loosen the taper seating.
