What should I go for next (engine wise) to get the power up to the next level (aiming for 280 Bhp) ?

Upgrade your fuel pump, cone filter, decat and possibly a FMIC.

Yeah, the centre Cat will have to go
Does the fuel pump make a lot of difference ?
Cone Filter? Does this not affect MAF and therfore mixture ?

Wouldnt go fmic yet though.

Maybe convert turbo to front entry?

Dont think you will need to upgrade injectors if going for 280. What about a beter tmic (ie a later one)?

How does converting to FE help?
Any recommendations on TMIC ?
Is there a kit to change to a straight one as opposed to my slant one ?
Not got 4 pots but have upgraded discs / pads / fluid / hoses.
