Thumbs up

hi there.
Appaerntley if u had the ecu then under normal driving the figures are improved, but obviously if you want to feel the benefit of the chip it will use more because more power!
Hope this helps!
Info on the chip is in the scooby shop type ecu in the searchbar and its 5/6th down i think says Scooby ECU

Around town and in normal driving mine seems to do better MPG with the scoobyECU. Perhaps because it is now far more flexible and I don't have to thrash it to get it to move.
On average though MPG is about the same as I can't resist putting my foot down.

Yoy really shouldn't notice much difference while cruising around as the ecu will run closed loop fueling (i.e it aims for 14.7:1) so it won't matter what map you have in there.

You'll probably be more tempted to 'boot' it tho just to feel how much faster the car is.... so you'll notice the fuel needle disappearing down to the E .

Tony.

If you have a UK car you can fit it yourself very easily.

Still waiting for my damn stock of blank chips to arrive from Australia. I think they got caught up in the postie strike last week.

hopefully they will be with me Monday/Tuesday so all those that have sent cheques should get them this week.

Sorry....
