I'm not happy at all!!

I've just come back from an excellent holiday at Paphos in Cyprus.

Obviously I was really looking forward to driving my scoob which has been tooked away in the garage for a week.

This afternoon I was driving for around 10mins. to my girfriends & bang!!

You guessed it, a stone hit the windscreen!

I only replaced the windscreen on 25th July, what is going on!!

At the time it happened I was only doing around 55mpg behind another vechicle.

I've had no luck so far with my scoob, what with new rear disc's & pads, also new discs & pads will be fitted after the new year at the next service.

What should I do with the windscreen??

A) I can take the car to Autoglass & see if they can repair it,

b) Pay another £50 excess & get a replacement windscreen (There is no warranty on windscreens according to Autoglass),

c) Wait & see if the crack grows then replace it,

d) or wait until the M.O.T. in May 2002 and replace it if it fails.

Cheers

if its a big crack chances are after a couple of mornings of hard frost ,then you puting the heaters on it wont last till your mot.
if its not to bad i would take it in and get it repaired as soon as you can before it gets any bigger or it gets any dirt in it (only another month or so before they start gritting now)
