what Gains from tek3 ?

I'm thinking of taking out my FCD & Bleed valve and getting a tek3 done to my 01 WRX, after I've had a decat down pipe fitted
Realistically what am I looking at in terms of power output if i go down this road?? or is there a better way to get the same or better results safley?
At the moment it just has a cat back magnex
