Does anyone have any ideas on uprated discs and pads for uk300. any advice welcome!also induction kit and exhaust wanted!

DBA discs with Ferodo DS2500 pads, 3 of us have them on our MY01 cars and they are great,check out J-W Racing.
As for the exhaust Heywood + Scott is quality but dont bother with an induction kit as your car will run lean unless you have it re-mapped (EcuTek) to cope with the induction kit.

Second the DBA's and 2500's.

Also strongly advise braided hoses and dot 5.1 fluid.

Using a ITG panel filter on mine with PPP exhaust. filter works fine and had no problems. Although I do check the airbox every 4-5 months for excess oil out of the filter which I then just wipe out.

I just fitted a set of Pagid blacks and I am VERY impressed with them. Shame I wasnt using them today when I went past the speed camera
