Could anyone tell me if Millers octane + is o.k to use in a STI engine MY99 or any recomendations??

I have an Sti V3 (MY97) and use Optimax + Millers withour problem. Never lit beyond first green on knocklink unless on rev limiter. Rolling Road tuned by PE recently they said Optimax plus Millers was fine but almost overkill!
