WISH BONE, SUB FRAME please help

Took my car to listers today to have the geometry done, turns out the previous owner has kerbed the car in big way and bent both the wish bone and sub frame,(cross member). got a quote to put right at £850!!!!!!!! not in cluding geo set up any body put me on to some one more reasonable or as any one replaced these parts them self,s is it realy so much of big job? please help

The repair items are not hugely expensive, I may even have a brand new cross member in stock, it's the labour which will be making the bulk of that bill, try one of the local (the nearest) Impreza specialist?

Try Showells of Lye (Near Quarry Bank/Stourbridge) a main dealer, give them the details of all the parts and see what they quote in total.
They charge a hell of a lot less than that OTHER dealership for services, and they're very friendly.

I asume u mean the front, the hardest part of doing the job your self i would say holding the engine up while you remove the cross member other that that you would need an air ratchet because the bolts will be tight, good luck
