GGR front spoiler

Time to update the looks & performance of my 02 STi.So a couple of questions.
I would like to add a larger fron spoiler. Can anyone recomend the GGR front spoiler kit? Installation issues?
I would like to lower the suspension 35-40mm. Which springs?
As mine is a standard Sti, what options do I have on engine upgrades that would be comparable with the ProDrive kit?
Is an upgrade to 18inch rims worth while? do they harshen the ride?
