Question

Need some advice on the best way to deal with paint chips. Is touch-up paint best or are there other products which give a better result? My dealer offered to use touch-up paint at the next service, but I'm a bit reluctant as a bad touch-up job looks even worse than the paint chips. Any opinions?

Wink

I am having the font bumper/spoiler on my black WRX repainted tomorrow as stone chips have resulted in the 'yellow' primer showing through + on the lower P1 style spoiler fitted underneath. I think it is best to get the whole piece resprayed to avoid patchy paintwork (personal opinion), but I think the car will look better. Touch up paints never look quite as good (cheaper though!!!!).
