Scratched glass
#1
Some little t***er has taken it upon themselves to scratch along the side of my windows. The result is a lineon both the driver's window and the passenger window behind.
Does anyone know if it is possible to remove such marks? The scratch is not deep.
Thank God it wasn't the paintwork!!!

Hi, Peter someone once told me to T-CUT the glass if it's only a lite mark, but have never needed to do yet, hope it works, i don't know why the little **** do stuff like this unlucky mate. Rik

I am still awaiting your call as I have prepared something for your window scratches. Quite easy to remove if you have the correct stuff. If jewellers can do it I certainly can as well. Proof will be in the pudding and it will cost you just a few quid.

Guess what Ive just done.....yup scratched a nice little patch of glass right in front of the drivers eyes!
Ive tried Micro Mesh but hasn't really worked (as its for perspex). I take it your'e talking about jewellers rouge Mark??
If its not too much grief can I purchase a little something to sort me out please? Itll save me throwing a brick through it and claiming on the Insurance
PS Its getting MOTd on Monday...will it fail??
Cheers

My car recently suffered an attack (while at Le Mans - *and* i was in the car at the time!) where something was flung at the windscreen of my '93WRX. No cracks, but the object left some scratches in the windscreen, which because of the metallic tint, look silver. Is there any way of repairing these scratches, or am I stuck with silver lines?
