oxygen sensor output?

please some1 tell me what voltage the oxygen sensor should be putting out at idle[ROUGHLY] [resumably it runs lean on idle?mine does]must know this quickly.ive checked most of the threads and looked everywhere but cant find this info.

also how quickly should it react when throttle is raised.

0.90v+ on wot and you should see the voltage fluctuating at tickover between 0 volts an 0.7 volts.
