Is it easy to change, do I need any special tools has anyone got pictures. A dealer told me the intercooler may have to come off.

Taking the i/c off isn't too much of a hassle. Mine's been off loads of times I can do it in my sleep now

I think you will need to at least lift it out of way.

I can't confirm as my engine's in bits just now but it is tucked uder the i/c and is connected to the block with a bolt used to secure the i/c mounting bracket IIRC

Yea thats what he said, he said it was one bolt holding it in. Is this bolt a bog standard bolt, or is it the same as the bolts on the MAF sensor(special tool to take it off).
