I need some 15w 40 semi-synthetic as this was used at my last service, question is do i use Super, Plus or Ultra

subaru use plus.

i used this, and have now swapped to mobil 1 motorsport 15w50, and it has cured my noisy tappets.
i also noticed that my engine used to use a lot of the shell oil as i have cosworth forged pistons, but however, 1000 miles on the mobil oil and the level hasnt moved

if you do use mobil, make sure its the 15w50 motorsport version, as the 0w50 normal mobil 1 is too thin for these engines.
