What aftermarket downpipe would you recommend?Would anyone also be able to tell me what would be the proper design for a a downpipe(e.g. how long the second downpipe should be,how big the downpipe should be).Thanks.

Hi Malique thanks for your reply, well I know about Links, but I'm not sure I've heard about DYRNI. Can you give me a li'll bit more info on them? I bought my car from JB as well from Mutiara Motors and had them install my boost controller, blow-off valve and meters, they did such a bad job that i had to have it all re-done in KL. So I am a not very sure of places in JB. Thanks.

 

Heyz profec. looks like u're in my neck of the woods. Try Linkspower at Sunway and ask for Kee or DYRNI (Do You Really Need It) in JB and ask for Syed. They can bring in the front pipes for u from Japan or bend the pipes for u. Just make sure its mandrel bent as kinks in pipes are actually prohibitive to efficient exhaust flow.

 

Oops. Did u install a boost controller alone? U need richer fuel achieved with an air fuel controller and an exhaust gas temp meter to make sure u dun run lean when u go for mods or u risk blowing yer engine.
