Two of my protective caps for the Subaru locking wheel nuts have gone awol already. Have any other members had similar experiences and what was the dealer reaction to your complaint? Suaru UK informed me that, as they are still under warranty, the dealer should give me a complete new set, just for two tiny covers. I have this feeling that this claim will be null and void when the dealer sees my STi roll up outside!

Yep. Common problem. They usually go off the front wheels (both mine did). Dealers CAN supply sets of just the covers (well mine did at no cost). I used a touch of superglue (not joking)to prevent this happening again. You need to be carefull and just put a tiny amount on the contact surface of the cap.

One of the first thing that I shall be doing to my new MY99 tomorrow morning (picked it up on Monday.

I want to change my locking wheel nuts to the ones with the red cap on them, available from Halfords, (for no other reason apart from they look nice). When I had a look at them over the weekend I noticed that they all have different codes, does anyone know the code for a MY98 with standard 16" alloys. Will there be a differnet code for different wheels? (I'm thinking of changing mine).

Thanks for any help.
