Have a MY97 Turbo, with 17" Speedlines.
Noticing an annoying squeak from the front brakes after braking and running at slow speed. It is as if the pads are not releasing from the disc. Dealer says ABS always squeaks and that I should bring it in at some point.
Time does not allow a 120 mile round trip to the dealer at the moment.
Does anybody have experience of this problem, and do you think I may be causing damage by carrying on with the noise (increasing the volume on the radio is not the best option!!).
Any help or advice greatly appreciated.

A common problem with just about any car due to accumulated brake dust etc. Cleaning up the pads/calipers/discs using an airline and rags usually fixes it. For obvious reasons don't use WD40, grease or similar in the clean up operation!
