Car judders back and forth violently when lifting off quickly (but not comletely) under hard acceleration. Car jerks very quickly and violently back and forth. Most disconcerting mid corner.
Dealer claims effect is due to increased boost from Prodrive mods!!! Car (94 M 5 door with 60,000) has Prodrive exhaust and quick shift. Must take dealers word for previous owners claims re Prodrive chip mods. Problem can be driven round but deters ultimate attack speed Brakes also seem a bit weak compared with previous car (106 GTI) and body can roll a bit much on tighter corners. If problems are "charcteristics" then OK, as engine and overall character have won me over anyhow....
