Can anyone tell me wether the seats in early WRX cars are the same as the awful things in pre 97 uk spec. Turbos?

 

My 95 WRX has very good sports seats with built in head restraints, side supports and the "wings" at the sides of the seatback. The only gripe I have is that they are a single dark blue/grey tweed like pattern which has been replaced by black with grey panels on newer models. Mine is a 5 door. I have seen the same type of seats on 4 door models but they seem to have two colour seats which look more "sporty" and less utility.
I am looking to replace my seat covers and door trims with those from a newer model and would be interested if any member knows where i could get some from!
