Just got my new scoob on Friday MY00 and the ABS light on the dash lit up saturday afternoon, any ideas to the cause, have check fuses and all are fine.

 

The only time i had the ABS light on mine was when the battery was fecked. Very little charge in it after a Jump start, went away after a while though

Try looking under your rear seat. The cables from the rear wheel ABS sensors run under here and they often come apart as the push to fit connector isn't as robust as it could be.

I had this happen on my car. The bottom of the rear seat is only held in by 2 or 3 nuts and comes off in 2 minutes.

 

Could well be that as I had some work done on the car Saturday and they had the back seats out.
