Went down the road to Powerstation on Thursday. First one I have had done since the MD304 was fitted, took me from 243bhp 225lb/ft to what it is below. Very nice looking torque curve isn't it, the squareish curve is the fueling.
284.5 BHP (and rising) @ 6960rpm
253 lb/ft @ 4500rpm
Engine spec:
UK MY00
HKS Hyper exhaust
Scoobymania DP
Walbro fuel pump
FSE FPR
HKS RS intake
MD304 turbo
Link ECU
Prodrive hoses
standard headers, uppipe and I/C

similar to what cars with MD304's get up here at star rr. what boost are you running, peak, held and over 6000rpm?
best mod you could make is , go to well lane and you will gain about 15%.

Running 1.25bar held, 1.3bar at the middle, with 1.2bar and falling after 6K rpm. All from memory, i accidently wiped the defi memory - DOH!!
+15% I know what ya mean.
I didn't think the torque curve was bad at all, the turbo is a VF22 so a little big laggy but I get 1.0bar at about 3200/3300rpm

power station and star in scotland are considered conservative. well lane are more generous with results and PE are in the middle.
it is impossible to know which rollers are correct so I would just find a rolling road that is consistent and stick with it , not reading into figures too much between that r/r and any other.
I think it was john banks who had taken results from a few rolling road centres a few months ago and worked out a very "rough and ready" +/- ratio to compare them. I do not know if harvey ever did a thread about his findings as I am sure I heard he was getting results across the uk to compare.
