That should be pedal, not peday

Anyway, after a spirited drive the other day my clutch pedal got further and further to the floor every time I used it, to the point where it was about an inch from the floor and the biting point was about 2mm from the floor!!!!! Then suddenly it suddenly shot back up to normal !!??!! It's been fine ever since

Ive got a recent Borg and beck clutch, only fitted a couple of months ago.

Any Ideas?

I had similar but, not on an Impreza. It needed a new clutch pedal adjustment ratchet. It would just click and drop straight to the floor. Then it was fine again.

Just a thought, probably wrong but it does sound as though it was taking up slack or play
