Can anyone tell me if a uni chip will fit my 93 WRX as worried it will only fit the later more advanced ecu's?

 

They do do them for the early cars. I know of someone with a Unichip on a pre97 car.

Why not get a scooby ecu plugs straight in ,do a search for more info.can strongly recommend.

Would love a scooby ECU but those guys are just too busy. Have had to look at other routes to go down for modding the managment. Am just about to buy a second hand Uni Chip but was worried it was for later ECU's only.............

 

the unichip will work on your car, but you WILL have to get it remapped by a unichip dealer.

I have a Unichip on my '96 WRX, it went from the standard 208 hp to 230 with a full decat, from 230 to 250 with a Unichip and from 250 to 260 by gently tightening the wastgate to get it to 1 bar boost.
