Hi guys, picked up a `95 WRX last week and made up with it. 1 question i have and that is at what RPM should you get a kick from the turbo? I only really notice anything happening at about 3500-4000 RPM. Is this normal or am i missing something.
car has Scoobysport downpipe, HKS Induction, Scorpion straight through system.
