Has anyone had success fitting these to a scoob. I can't find any Subaru specific ones on the net, but would be interests to find out where I can get some suitable ones from.

Maybe use some design for a vauxhall - http://www.pvdnet.co.uk/enginebay/bonnetstruts.asp

A mate had these on his Saphy Cosworth. They were real nice and gave it a quality feel. So fancy some for the Scoob now...

Scott,

had some on my Astra 16v. basicly, they attached to a bolt that was holding the wing on, then into a screw with a ball on the end that you had to drill and ratchet into the bonnet. (had a hex nut below the ball)
easy to fit - but you will probably have to drill the wings & bonnet. & probably gota get the positioning right so that they wont hit anything when closed. not for the feint hearted !
