Safe Boost levels

whats the maximum safe boost psi level for a MY01 bugeye WRX , only mods i can find are a cat-back magnex , superchip & VTA D/V ??
I fitted a cheap boost gauge which is showing about 19 psi peak.
can i go higher or is this the max. sorry if its a lame question as i'm kinda new to turbo'd cars
