AVO suspension setup

Right guys I need your help !
I've looked through the search database but can't find the info I'm looking for. I phoned AVO UK about setting up the coil overs damping/ride height for my P1. They do not have any instructions for doing this, does anyone have info on the setup...?
I've bought the P1 as it was and found it had the AVO's all round. I just want a piece of mind thats its set correctly.
