If Ive got a full decat DP/C/BB, a panel filter and a TEK3 remap, I have been told that I should be sniffing around 270/80 BHP and a reasonable torque figure, nice...
But, is there anything I should be doing to ensure reliability? Ive got a knocklink coming, but you hear stories of fuel cut defencers, boost gauges, other sensors, fuel pumps etc.

While I am sure there is no definitive answers I would appreciate your comments because afte shelling out the bucks it would be **** for it to go pop...

Also, sorry to go on but, is that 270/80 BHP gonna be reliable or should I expect any hiccups with it?

As long as it is running rich enough and not detonating you should be safe enough. Might be worth getting an AFR indicator as well. John Banks has proved 400 BHP to be ok as long as the mapping is good and it has no detonation. Depends how you drive it as well of course.
