Get a scoobyecu, http://www.scoobyecu.co.uk/ cost about £60. It will have a map to suit uk fuel but it will also give you more boost.

Cheers David, I know your a busy man and I felt a bit guilty for constantly asking before when I realised you were doing it as a favour to fellow scooby owners . From what ive heard its well worth the wait

Thanks
Paul

That's interesting, Paul.

I have one of David's boards in my auto 94 WRX Wagon, which has a V5 ECU.

What model ECU do you have in yours?

Do you know what map David put in your V5 ECU. I remeber him asking about a Auto map a while ago, but as yet I havn't had to do one.

Scott

No idea, I'm afraid. Would I be able to tell by having a look at the board?

The car seems to be fine, though. Peak boost is 1.1 bar and it will hold 1 bar with no nasty lights on the Knocklink. That was with the catted downpipe in place. Had that removed at the weekend, but as its been so hot recently, I haven't really pushed the car to see whether those values have changed.

The labels on the chips might give a clue, but I expect David's labelling code is different to mine. 1.1BAR sounds about right tho' for the map I think may be in there.

I assume it's a Saloon and not a WRX Wagon ??

I'll have a look at the board at the weekend.

It is a WRX Wagon, though.

No,

It's just that myself and David have had a few problems with a map that was used on a couple of Wagons.
We were led to beleive it was the map, but as yours seems O.K I am begginning to think it may of been a faulty device/chip.

I've mailed David to see if he canconfirm the map you are running.

Keep the conclusion here guy's.

There's more interest in this than just the few posters.

There seems to be a few maps about that we created between us.
Had a bit of success today with a new one that should be a bit better... I just need a bit more of a tweak to get a final cut.
