COULD IT BE THE LIMITER KICKING IN AT 5 K ON THE REV AT 110 MPH OR IS IT MORE LIKELY A FAULT

IS THERE A WAY I CAN CHECK TO SEE IF IT HAS BEEN DE LIMITED?.and IS 5000rpm the average place for them to cut out if it hasnt been delimited ?
