FAO David Wallis - scoobyecu mod
Following on from the "What Version is this from?" thread I would like to know what the scoobyecu mod is and how much it costs and what the benefits are??? Mr Wallis could you post a response please, thanks!
It's simply a different ROM ship in the ECU containing a new map for the ECU to control the engine with. (Basically a remap on a chip - none of the fooling around confusing sensors etc.)
Last I heard they were somewhere around £60.
Benefit is simply more power (safely) extracted from the engine.
I dare say David will post his answer in due course, assuming he leaves his workshop tonight
BTW - David - have you looked at the program I sent you?
