Got two classic wagons in the family, one has roofrails and one doesn't. I need to temporarily swap which has the roofrails (don't ask - it's all to do with Ikea! ), is that easily done? Haven't had a look myself yet as the roofrailed car isn't home, just wanting to find out if it's easily feasable.
Cheers,
Ben

4 hours labour... the garage must have seen you coming m8! I installed roof rails on my wagon soon after I got it (an hour job if that), the rails are held in by 8 security torque (star) bolts, and the clips fit into the trim which then just push into place.
The only bugger of the job is getting the strip off without destroying the clips... I destroyed 2 or three before I got the knack of getting them out.
