For a UK MY98 your standard dump valve is a black plastic jobby to the right of the intercooler (looking from front) just connected by 3 pipes, 2 large and one small (i.e. not bolted to the intercooler like some other impreza models).

If you are fitting a VTA dump valve (I assume supersound is a VTA ) all you need is a bung to put in the unused pipe (one of the larger pipes)

This is a forge one fitted - really easy to fit, re-use the clips on the old pipes. Had to bend the pipe going to the intercooler around for a better fit.

Rich

Presume the dump valve here is the chrome bit connected to the blue pipe next to the washer bottle? Am i right?

You'd never guess I had an engineering degree! (A loooong time ago).

Hehe - right first time, it's the only shiny bit in the engine bay.
