Dash removal

This may have been asked before so I apologise if we're going over old material....
I'm trying to replace the lighting in my instument cluster (97 Sport) and have gotas far as removing the screws in the dash and getting the cluster partially out. Something seems to be preventing me from removing it fully (speedo cable?) and would appreciate any help
